Description
Allows the user to move and attack while casting a spell. Free Cast's skill level affects the character`s Movement and ASPD|Attack Speeds.

While casting, the skill can still be interrupted unless an item that prevents interruption is used. Although having level 10 is advantageous, using only level 5 or 8 can save a lot of skill points whilst still retaining a similar effect.
