Description
Dispell is a 2nd class active skill available as Sage and Scholar. It cancels all buff effects, including status ailments, on the target by chance. Each successful cast consumes 1 Yellow Gemstone.

Notes
- Dispell works on guild mates and allies in PvP environment when forced with the shift key. Party members can also be targeted in non-PVP areas.
