Description
Free Cast is a 2nd class passive skill available as Sage and Scholar. It allows the user to move and attack while casting a spell. The skill level affects the character`s Movement Speed and ASPD while casting.

Notes
- While casting, the skill can still be interrupted unless an item that prevents interruption is used. Although having level 10 is advantageous, using only level 5 or 8 can save a lot of skill points whilst still retaining a similar effect.
