Overview
The Main Office is located in Prontera, southwest of the warper and Kafra.
First Floor
NPC Function Safe Card Removal 
Use: Removes cards from equipment
Cost: 4 million zeny and Sillit Pong Bottle (10 silvervine fruit via Airi).Stat Cat
Use: Resets your stats and skills.
Cost:
- Single stat: 200k zeny, five stat points per week
- Full stat reset:
- First class, transcended first class, and Taekwon: Free.
- Note: If you attempt to reset your stats when above base level 70, you will be returned to base level 70.
- This does not apply to Second Class, Transcended Second Class, or Expanded Class. These classes pay full price.
- Note: If you attempt to reset your stats when above base level 70, you will be returned to base level 70.
- Base level 69 or below: Free.
- This is regardless of job class.

- Base level 70 and above AND Second Class, Transcended Second Class, or Expanded Class: 5 million zeny and 25 silvervine fruit.
