Support FAQ

This page will list some of the most common problems encountered with installations and their solutions.

If you need support related to ingame incidents, account issues, or direct GM support, create a support ticket on discord and wait for a response.

Technical

Unable to open the game after installation

Check that your antivirus isn't deleting the patcher. Set the game folder as an exception.

Unable to connect after new install / returning after a long time

• In the Project Alfheim directory, delete patch.dat and then run the patcher.

• If that fails, then download the latest client

Game crashes upon opening

If using a high res monitor (over 1080p) or integrated Graphics, run dgvoodoo.

Game screen is white upon opening

Open setup.exe and select another GPU option

Game looks scrambled and pixelated

In setup.exe - UNCHECK the "disable hardware accelerated graphics"

Game crashes when dual clienting

Press windows key , type UAC , hit enter, set to " Do not dim desktop"

Gepard Errors on laptop
