Description
Pang Voice is a 2nd class quest active skill available as Bard and Clown. It inflicts the Chaos status effect on the targetted enemy. The success rate is 70% and the status effect lasts 17 seconds, reducible by the INT of the affected. This affects players and monsters but does not affect boss monsters.
