Description
Cart Efficiency is a 2nd class quest supportive skill available as Whitesmith. It consumes a Tempered Steel to remove the zeny cost of all skills for 10 minutes. You can exchange 3 Iron and 3 Iron Ore for 1 Tempered Steel at the Blacksmith Guild .
