Description
Inflict defense piercing damage with a Pistol or Rifle that has the chance of causing Bleeding effect upon its target. It also applies a debuff to the monster that affects attacks applied by the Gunslinger who applied the debuff in the first place.
When the caster who applied the debuff attacks the monster with the debuff it will also ignore a portion of its LUK based defense for purposes of calculating critical strikes.
