Strikes a single opponent with a spear. [[Knight|Knights]] wielding a [[Spear]] use Pierce as the main single-target damage skill. As a result, many Knights prefer to hunt [[Size|larger-sized]] monsters to leverage this advantage. Pierce has a bigger damage modifier than [[Bash]] for [[Size|large]] targets. However, [[Bash]] compounded with [[Fatal Blow]] has the added ability to [[Status Effects#Stun|stun]], which may be useful for high [[Stats#Flee|flee]] opponents. For [[Size|small]] opponents, [[Bash]] or [[Bowling Bash]] may be more suitable.

== Notes ==
* The accuracy bonus is added after the hit rate is determined. If a player would usually hit a monster for 50% of attacks, using level 10 Pierce raises that rate to 75%.
